Jacques Lipchitz Sculptures around Philadelphia

There are three sculptures by Jacques Lipchitz in Center City that I'm aware of:

1. Government of the People on Thomas Paine Plaza

2. Prometheus Strangling the Vulture in front of the Art Museum. (Sculpture is small and kind of hard to see in this pic)
3. Spirit of Enterprise along Kelly Drive
